DCWC Family Shooting Camp

Where: Durham County Wildlife Club, 3616 Hopson Road (RTP)

Sign in begins at 8:30 a.m. and the event will last the entire day.

(Camp is designed for kids age 8 and up who may or may not have ever shot. Parents should participate but must be present all day if they choose not to participate.) The four events will be: Trap, Skeet, Archery and Smallbore Rifle.

Agenda (age 12 and beyond):

8:30 - 9:00 Registration

9:00 - 9:30 Safety

9:40 -10:50 Session 1

11:00 -12:10 Session 2

12:10 -1:10 Lunch (provided)

1:10 - 2:20 Session 3

2:30 - 3:40 Session 4

3:50 - 4:20 Awards Session

A separate agenda will be held (Shotgun, Archery and smallbore Rifle) for children under 12.

Cost: $10.00 per child, $15.00 per adult. Pre-registration required. Cost includes: earplugs, ammunition, targets, use of firearms/bows, instruction and lunch.

Not included: Eyewear/protection. You must bring your own!

Registration limited to 80 shooters.

NOTE: Registration Fee is nonrefundable for cancellations after September 13.
